Please read these terms carefully before using our website, purchasing products, or enrolling in any wellness program.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HerbaLife Wellness Pvt. Ltd. ("HerbaLife", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HerbaLife website (www.herbalife.in), placing an order, or enrolling in any of our wellness programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services. Your continued use of our platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Section 02

Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or 21 in jurisdictions where this is required
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information

If you are accessing the site on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Section 03

Products & Services

HerbaLife offers herbal wellness products, essential oils, dietary supplements, skin care formulations, and wellness consultation programs. All products are subject to availability.

Product Information

  • Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible
  • Colours of products may vary slightly from images shown due to display settings and natural ingredient variation
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice
  • Product weights and quantities are approximate unless explicitly stated otherwise
🌿 All HerbaLife products are USDA Organic certified and GMP-manufactured. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request for any product batch.

Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Order Confirmation

Receipt of your order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or if products are unavailable.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at time of order confirmation applies
  • Promotional and discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after order confirmation

Payment Methods

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and select EMI options. All transactions are encrypted via SSL. We do not store full card details.

Section 05

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days across India
  • Express shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charge applies)
  • Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • International shipping is available to select countries at calculated rates
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. HerbaLife is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, customs, or force majeure events.

Section 06

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer the following:

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Opened consumable products (teas, supplements) may only be returned if defective or damaged
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item
To initiate a return, email returns@herbalife.in with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid label if the return is due to a product defect.
Section 07

Wellness Programs

Wellness programs (Detox, Stress Relief, Ayurvedic Wellness, Holistic Nutrition) are subject to the following additional terms:

  • Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed instalment schedule
  • Program schedules are communicated at least 48 hours before the start date
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before program start are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations within 7 days of start incur a 30% administrative fee
  • No refunds are issued after a program has commenced, except in cases of practitioner failure to deliver
  • HerbaLife reserves the right to substitute practitioners where necessary with 24 hours' notice

Health Disclaimer

⚕️ Important: HerbaLife products and programs are intended to support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any herbal supplementation, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a pre-existing medical condition, or are taking prescription medications.

Results from our products and programs vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Testimonials shared on our website reflect individual experiences and should not be taken as typical or guaranteed outcomes.

HerbaLife practitioners are qualified Ayurvedic physicians or nutritionists and provide wellness guidance within their scope of practice. Their advice does not substitute the diagnosis or treatment of a licensed medical doctor.

Section 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the HerbaLife website — including text, images, logos, product formulations, blog articles, videos, and design — is the exclusive property of HerbaLife Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent
  • Personal, non-commercial use of content for reference is permitted with proper attribution
  • HerbaLife brand name and logo may not be used in any form without written authorisation
Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerbaLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Section 11

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication first. Please contact us at legal@herbalife.in before initiating any legal proceedings.

Section 12

Changes to These Terms

HerbaLife reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and/or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend reviewing these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
