Yes — without exception. Every ingredient used in our formulations is USDA Certified Organic. We work exclusively with farms that hold valid organic certification and conduct annual site visits to verify compliance.
Each product batch is third-party tested and comes with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA). You can request the CoA for any product by emailing quality@herbalife.in with your order number.
Herbal supplements are natural preparations made from plants, roots, and botanical extracts. They are designed to support general wellness and complement a healthy lifestyle — not to treat, cure, or diagnose specific medical conditions.
Prescription medicines contain synthesised pharmaceutical compounds at therapeutic doses and are prescribed by a licensed doctor for specific health conditions. Herbal supplements work more gently and cumulatively, and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
All products are made in our GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facility in Gujarat. We use cold-processing techniques to preserve heat-sensitive bioactive compounds and phytonutrients that would otherwise be destroyed by high-temperature processing.
Shelf life varies by product type:
All products display a "Best Before" date on the packaging. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for maximum potency. Refrigeration is not required unless specified.
The vast majority of our products are 100% vegan and gluten-free. Each product page on our website lists all allergen information. Products containing honey or beeswax are clearly labelled as "non-vegan". We do not use any wheat, barley, rye, or other gluten-containing grains in our facility.

Yes. The Detox and Stress Relief programs are fully online — consultations via Google Meet or WhatsApp video, and herbal kits shipped to your door. The Ayurvedic Wellness and Holistic Nutrition programs are hybrid, with one recommended in-person session for the initial dosha assessment, but adaptable to fully online for clients outside Surat.

Our wellness team consists of BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physicians, Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN), and certified functional medicine practitioners with a minimum of 7 years of clinical experience. Free standard shipping is available on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹59. Express shipping is an additional ₹99 on top of any order value. International orders are charged based on destination country and package weight.

Yes. We use 100% recyclable outer packaging made from FSC-certified cardboard and compostable inner padding. Our bottles and jars are made from recycled glass or BPA-free, food-grade recycled plastic. We are working toward fully compostable packaging by 2027. All shipments are carbon-offset through our partnership with GreenForest India.

We strongly recommend disclosing all herbal supplements to your prescribing physician. During a HerbaLife consultation, our practitioners review all current medications and formulate a protocol that minimises interaction risk.
Herbal supplementation during pregnancy or breastfeeding requires extra care. Many herbs — including some traditionally considered safe — are contraindicated during pregnancy (e.g., high doses of ginger, tulsi, and certain detox herbs). We do not recommend using our supplements during pregnancy without explicit clearance from your obstetrician.
Our practitioners are trained to identify safe adaptations and can guide you during a dedicated prenatal consultation. Please always consult your OB-GYN before starting any new supplement regimen.
Our standard product range is formulated for adults (18+). A limited selection of gentle herbal teas (chamomile, peppermint, tulsi) are generally considered safe for children above 5 years in small quantities. However, we strongly recommend consulting a paediatric physician before giving any herbal supplement to a child. We do not offer a dedicated paediatric line.
