From a Small Garden to a Wellness Movement
It began in 2009 with a small medicinal herb garden in Gujarat. Dr. Meera Patel, a trained Ayurvedic physician, was frustrated by the gap between ancient herbal wisdom and modern, accessible wellness products.
She began formulating small-batch herbal preparations for her patients — blends that respected traditional Ayurvedic ratios while using the purest organic ingredients she could source directly from farmers.
Word spread. Demand grew. By 2015, HerbaLife had partnered with 40+ organic farms across India, built a GMP-certified processing facility, and launched a full product range — all without compromising on the founding principle: nature, undiluted.
